The ATOMOS Sumo 19 is a 19 inch HDR monitor/recorder designed for on set monitoring, switching and recording. It features a 1920×1080 1200 nit panel with 10 bit processing and HDR support for PQ and HLG. The large screen provides accurate exposure and color control for studio, live and field environments.
The Sumo 19 records up to 4K30p and HD at higher frame rates in ProRes, ProRes RAW and DNx to SATA SSDs. It offers quad HDMI inputs and dual 12G SDI for multi camera workflows, including live switching and ISO recording. It can capture four 1080p feeds simultaneously and output a clean switched program feed.
Monitoring tools include waveform, vectorscope, false color, zebra, peaking and LUT support. The unit supports ProRes RAW over SDI with compatible cinema cameras.
Power can be supplied via V-mount or Gold-mount plates or DC input. With around 5 kg it is mainly intended for stands, carts and studio setups rather than handheld use.
