The SmallHD 703 UltraBright is a 7 inch 1920×1080 field monitor with around 2200 nits brightness, designed for daylight visibility and on-camera use. It offers SDI and HDMI in/out, a solid toolset with waveform, vectorscope, false color and LUT support, and a durable housing suited for outdoor production.

Compared to the Cine 7, the 703 UltraBright prioritizes brightness over color accuracy. The Cine 7 delivers about 1800 nits, a wider color gamut and advanced camera control options, making it more suitable for color-critical work and controlled environments.

The Ultra 7 sits at the top in this lineup, offering around 2300 nits, expanded SDI capabilities, improved durability and a more modern interface. It combines high brightness with the broader feature set of newer SmallHD monitors.

In practical use the 703 UltraBright remains a strong option for bright outdoor sets, while the Cine 7 focuses on color and control, and the Ultra 7 combines both approaches with updated hardware and higher performance.
