The ARRI/FUJINON 15.5–45mm T2.8 Lightweight Zoom is designed for filmmakers who need high-end optical performance in a compact and mobile form. Covering Super 35 sensors and maintaining a constant T2.8 aperture, this lens offers crisp detail, consistent contrast and minimal distortion across the entire zoom range — all while keeping weight and size low enough for handheld, Steadicam and gimbal work.
Despite being part of ARRI’s “Lightweight” line, the zoom still delivers the cinematic character associated with ARRI/FUJINON optics: natural skin tones, smooth focus roll-off and excellent flare resistance. The lens is fully parfocal, shows almost no focus breathing and features precise, cinema-standard 0.8 pitch gear rings for focus, zoom and iris.
It integrates seamlessly into professional workflows and matches well with ARRI Ultra Prime, Master Prime, Signature Prime and Alura zoom lenses in terms of color and contrast, making it ideal for both narrative and documentary productions.
