The Celere HS Uncoated lenses at RGB Rental are a specially configured set, featuring uncoated optics that create a more expressive and character-driven image. Compared to standard coated versions, this set produces stronger flares, lower contrast and a softer, more organic rendering.
Highlights bloom gently, while the bokeh appears smooth and slightly imperfect, giving the image a tactile, almost fragile quality. The uncoated design reacts actively to light, making it particularly interesting for atmospheric and stylized setups.
All lenses in the set share the same size and weight, allowing for fast and seamless lens changes without the need for rebalancing on Steadicam or gimbal setups. Internal focusing minimizes breathing and keeps the image stable during focus pulls.
Covering full-frame sensors, the lenses are very fast at T1.5 and feature a 9-blade iris, producing a round and pleasing bokeh. The interchangeable mount system enables quick switching between PL, EF and E-mount, making them adaptable to a wide range of camera systems.
