2016 Angénieux introduced the EZ Series – a remarkable line of cine zoom lenses designed to deliver exceptional optical performance and versatility.
These lenses are designed to be interchangeable between Super 35mm and Full Frame/VistaVision formats. The longer lens has a focal range of 45-135mm and an aperture of T3, covering up to a 46mm diagonal image circle. By swapping the rear lens group, it becomes a 30-90mm T2 lens for S35mm format, covering up to a 30mm diagonal image circle. Same for the wide angle zoom of 22-60mm T3 which becomes a 15-40mm T2 after swapping.
