The ARRI Alexa Mini LF is a large format digital cinema camera built for feature films, commercials, TV productions and documentary shoots. Available for rental in Berlin, it combines the compact and lightweight form factor of the Alexa Mini with ARRI’s 4.5K large format sensor, delivering the open, immersive look that has made the Mini LF a popular choice for high end cinema productions. It offers natural skin tones, low noise, wide color gamut workflows and the image quality ARRI is known for.  

Compared to the Alexa 35, the LF is the better choice when a production is specifically looking for the large format look and the field of view that comes with it. While the Alexa 35 offers ARRI’s newer sensor, REVEAL Color Science and higher measured dynamic range, the Mini LF remains a strong option for productions that want the character of ARRI’s large format ALEV III sensor in a small and highly flexible camera body.  

The camera records native 4.5K and supports a wide range of recording formats, including large format and anamorphic Super 35 modes that meet 4K delivery requirements. With internal motorized FSND filters, ARRI RAW and Apple ProRes recording, and a compact body that works well for handheld, studio, gimbal and location shooting, the Alexa Mini LF is built for efficient professional workflows on set.
